-Leading Technically the Postal Information Centre (PICs)/Telecentre Project for more than 3 years.

-Designed the Machinery/Equipments Specification for the deployment of 58 PICs in 2064/65, 50 PICs in 2065/2066, 120 PICs in 2066/2067

-Designed the Machinery/Equipments Specification and Terms of Reference for the “Low Power Rural Networking Project”

-Designed the Specification and the Terms of Reference(TOR) for the Software deployed in Different branches of the Postal services Department. Software is: Counter Automation System, Postal  Saving Bank System, International Mail Accounting System.                             -Providing Support and Maintenance of the Network, Computers and Peripherals of the Postal Services Department

 Long distance wifi /VOIP

-Managed and deployed the Long Distance wifi Network in Eastern Region of Nepal with the provision of VOIP connecting 4 districts (Sunsari, Dhankuta, Tehrathum and Kathmandu)

-Prepared the PICs/Telecentre Guideline for the operation of the Postal Services Department PICs established in 108 Locations spread across Rural Regions of Nepal.

-Prepared the the Rate List of ICTs related Services provided by the Telecentres

-Developed the ER5C’s Principle for the long term sustainability 

  of  the PICs Project

-Developed the PICs Operator ICTs Training Manual

-Developed the Basic and Advance Computer Course Manual for the Training the local people and              students in the Telecentre

• Designed and Implemented the concept of “Village Profile” for information management of Village and “Senior Citizen Experience Book”  for the knowledge management of village with the exiting resources and limited cost.

• Designed the Detailed structure of sustainable  CICs/Telecentre for the Rural areas of Nepal and submitted the  Concept paper  “Transformation of Rural Nepal by the establishment of Community Information Centers in Villages of Nepal”  to the Ministry of Information & Communication, High Level Commission for Information Technology(HLCIT), National Information Technology Center(NITC), Ministry of Education and Sports, National Planning Commission(NPC), UNESCAP ICT Applications Section Information, Communication and Space Technology Division United Nations Economic Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP)

• Leading the Feasibility Study of Cold Storage in Syangja for Orange Preservation. The purpose of this study is to develop and implement a new Internet Oriented business model for the mutual benefit of the Farmers and the Business Man.
